4. The steel casting foundry can also change the structure of the product, so that the rotary kiln wheel belt is as symmetrical as possible, and the wall thickness can also change slowly.
5. In addition, we have to change the cooling method and try to make all parts of the product cool evenly.
If the structure and wall thickness of the product produced by the manufacturer are not uniform, then the cooling shrinkage of each part is not the same, and the residual tensile stress will appear in the place where the cooling is slower, and the residual compressive stress will appear in the place where the cooling is faster. In the general stress state, the steel casting products produced by the steel casting factory can be transformed from an unstable state to a stable state, and the casting itself will be deformed to reduce the internal stress.
