Cast Iron Pump Body

Ningbo Supreme Machinery is a professional Cast Iron Pump Body manufacturer and supplier in China. Cast Iron Pump body is also called pump casing, pump shell. Water pump body is usually made of gray iron (grey iron) HT200 (ASTM NO.30, GG20, ISO200, FC200, GC200). Our factory has made different types of pump bodies for oversea pump manufacturers. Some of our customers come from USA, Australia, UK etc.

Pressure testing is used frequently to test pump body to see if there is any porosity inside. The only way to avoid issue parts is to improve the casting quality.

Production Process

We have updated our production line for making  cast iron pump body.

Our production process include resin sand molding line, shell molding line, green sand casting and lost wax investment casting production process.

Machining Workshop

We have full set line of machining facilities, various CNC equipment and Machining Center can meet customers’ requirements. After machining, the casting parts will be completed. Then, they will be inspected and packed for delivery and shipment.
