We have updated our production line for making Unbonded Monostrand Anchor. Sheathing-For Unbonded Post Tension System tendons, an enclosure in which prestressing steel is encased to prevent bond with surrounding concrete that provides corrosion protection and contains PT coating. Strand-High strength steel wires wound around a center wire, typically seven-wire strand, conforming to ASTM A416/A416M.

Prestressed Unbonded Anchorage
Our prestressed unbonded anchorage systems feature 0.5" and 0.6" diameter strands coated with a layer of specially formulated grease. The outer layer is seamless plastic extruded in one continuous operation to provide protection against corrosion. Each tendon is precisely coiled, cut, labeled, color-coded and delivered to the construction site. A wide variety of anchorage systems (see Product Information tab below) are available to meet design specifications.
