Unbonded Monostrand Anchor

We have updated our production line for making Unbonded Monostrand Anchor. Sheathing-For Unbonded Post Tension System tendons, an enclosure in which prestressing steel is encased to prevent bond with surrounding concrete that provides corrosion protection and contains PT coating. Strand-High strength steel wires wound around a center wire, typically seven-wire strand, conforming to ASTM A416/A416M.

Product Description

Anchorages can be used to unbonded pc strand 12.7mm and 15.24mm. Outlet-Tubing with connection to duct used to allow the escape of air, grout, and bleed water from the duct. Pocket former-A device that forms a temporary recess in the concrete to allow access for stressing.

Production Process

We have updated our production line for making Unbonded Monostrand Anchor.

Our production process include resin sand molding line, shell molding line, green sand casting and lost wax investment casting production process.

Machining Workshop

We have full set line of machining facilities, various CNC equipment and Machining Center can meet customers’ requirements. After machining, the casting parts will be completed. Then, they will be inspected and packed for delivery and shipment.
