Product Description

The nodular cast iron casting process involves creating a mold cavity using sand or other mold materials, inserting a pattern of the desired part into the mold cavity, and pouring molten nodular cast iron into the mold to fill the mold and create the desired shape.
Once the casting has been poured, it is allowed to cool and solidify before the mold is removed. The casting is then cleaned and finished using various machining and surface finishing techniques.

Production Process

We have updated our production line for making Nodular Cast Iron Castings. Our production process include resin sand molding line, shell molding line, green sand casting and lost wax investment casting production process.

Machining Workshop

We have full set line of machining facilities, various CNC equipment and Machining Center can meet customers’ requirements. After machining, the casting parts will be completed. Then, they will be inspected and packed for delivery and shipment.
