Product Details

The material for Post Tension Flat Slab Anchor is spheroidal graphite cast iron.

Flat slab anchor can be applied for stressing construction of bonded and unbonded prestressing projects,

cast-in-site concrete structure, precast construction and various special structures.

Components for one full set	S3 S5 Casting anchor, anchor block, anchor head, anchor wedges for 12.7mm steel strand, 15.24mm steel strand
Flat anchorage	3 holes, 5 holes
Material of anchor head	casting iron
Material of wedge	20CrMnTi
Surface treatment	anti-rust treatment
Package	in cartons or wooden boxes

Production Process

We have updated our production line for making Post Tension Flat Slab Anchor.

Our production process include resin sand molding line, shell molding line, green sand casting and lost wax investment casting production process.

Machining Workshop

We have full set line of machining facilities, various CNC equipment and Machining Center can meet customers’ requirements. After machining, the casting parts will be completed. Then, they will be inspected and packed for delivery and shipment.
